Trish Puchko -

I have lived in the Virginia Beach area for over 30 years and I am knowledgeable with the entire Hampton Roads area, including Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Chesapeake, but specializing in the SANDBRIDGE area in Virginia Beach. As a rental investment owner, I can guide you through the possibilities of owning your own rental investment property, second home or permanent residence. If you work with me, I can provide rental histories to help with your investments decisions. I have been a SANDBRIDGE home owner since 2003.

I have been a Gold Circle of Excellence winner, Silver Circle of Excellence Winner, twice and Bronze Circle of Excellence Winner, once and I have achieved by GRI certification in Real Estate.

I have over 25 years of sales, marketing and promotional experience and previously owned my own travel agency in Virginia Beach, Hilltop area from 1994-1998.

Marianne Storm -

Marianne began investing in residential real estate over a decade ago and hasn’t looked back since.  Her understanding of the principles of income producing property is a fundamental part of the service she provides clients.  In addition to multi-family properties, she has owned and managed beach rentals for several years.  She enjoys helping others select a great investment, as well as, a piece property that allows folks to share in the unique pleasures that Sandbridge has to offer.

In addition to property investing, Marianne spent several years at one of the largest investment firms in the country, helping to bolster her investment background.

While the fundamentals of the real estate transaction are important, she also keeps a keen eye on service and communication.  Without both, a real estate transaction becomes needlessly stressful and confusing.  Marianne strives to provide the highest level of service to all clients, whether it’s a first time home buyer or a seasoned investor.
