I have lived in the Virginia Beach area for over 30 years and I am knowledgeable with the entire Hampton Roads area, including Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Chesapeake, but specializing in the SANDBRIDGE area in Virginia Beach. I grew up in Virginia Beach and have been selling real estate for nearly 10 years in Virginia between Richmond and ‘The Beach.’ I’m an associate broker and recently served as Sales Manager for another very successful Virginia Beach real estate firm. After a successful 30-year marketing and advertising career, I saw how much fun my wife, Shelly, was having helping people buy or sell real estate, so I went out and earned my own license.
