Description

Picture yourself greeting the dawn of each spectacular morning by sitting on your private oceanfront balcony and having your favorite morning beverage while watching the sunrise over the majestic Atlantic Ocean. In the evening, picture yourself sitting on your balcony enjoying your favorite cocktail while watching the dolphins frolicking in the ocean.

This darling home away from home is professionally decorated by an award-winning interior design company and offers the ability to accommodate a wide variety of sleeping arrangements. You will be accompanied by a 50-inch HD plasma TV with surround sound in the living room, a 32-inch LCD TV in the main bedroom, and TVs in all the other bedrooms. The kitchen, equipped with all the appliances needed, will make cooking a breeze. Let the dishwasher take care of cleaning up the dishes once mealtime is over.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September) and two fitness centers.

THINGS TO KNOW
  • The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
  • The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
  • The hot tub is closed during the summer months and will also not be available in winter 2023 due to construction.
  • There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2023.
  • This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

A winter rental at the Sanctuary on Sandbridge is an excellent option if you need long term temporary housing. The location and views are amazing, especially if you have a balcony facing the ocean.
