Description

You will love the huge wraparound porch with sweeping views of the Atlantic! The comfortable outdoor furniture is perfect for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee, beachfront dining, or relaxing while spying on the dolphins playing in the surf. Enjoy long naps in your beachside hammock. No other retreat is closer to the beach than this one! And while the beach is just steps away - so are the grills and the pool! Condo amenities include fitness centers.

For easy loading and unloading, convenient parking is just down one flight of steps, or the elevator is right down the hall. The interior is professionally decorated to make your vacation a trip to remember.

You will sleep in comfort on luxury bedding. There are televisions in every bedroom, so you won't miss your favorite shows or movies.

The family room provides a large-screen TV and many games and puzzles perfect for family fun.

THINGS TO KNOW
  • The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
  • The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
  • The hot tub is closed.
  • There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2023.
  • This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Our stay in Grace Abounds was wonderful. The condo was large, had plenty of room for us and our children, and had lots of helpful little "extras" in the condo that were a nice surprise - things like salt and pepper, extra toothbrushes, dish soap, things that you always need but don't always remember. The wrap around porch was beautiful, and the master bedroom has unparalleled views. Only feedback for the owners is that you need more lighting in the main room and over the kitchen table. Table lamps don't cut it for a space that large!

Great large condo with a lot of nice amenities and a great deck and view of the office. Only drawbacks: Could have used a better cleaning between stays and the WiFi went down halfway through our stay (staff gave us access to other units’ WiFi but signals were so weak we kept getting bumped off).
