The game room boasts finished wood floors, a large-screen TV, a beautiful slate pool table, comfy seating, and a half bath to service the game room and pool area. The owners of this 4,000-square-foot, semi-oceanfront beauty have continually made improvements, upgrades, and changes to enhance your vacation experience. The owners are proud to share their slice of Sandbridge paradise with you. The house's other features include a private pool and a massive, second-floor, wrap-around sun deck both with lots of deck furniture. There is a fabulous party gazebo located poolside that offers its own refrigerator and plenty of bar stools for those who want a break from the sun. Enjoy cooking up some barbecue with the grill located next to the gazebo and hot tub. Is the ocean calling you? Convenient beach access is located right across the street.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Lacado Brista! Great location and great property. Plenty of room for our family, loved the amenities, pool table, foosball, etc. and really liked that all the bedrooms had bathrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lacado Brista. The home has everything we needed. The newly renovated bathrooms we extraordinary. The view from the master suite was lovely to watch the sunrise. Sandbridge Realty was a very accommodating.

Lacado Brista was a great choice for our family. Every bedroom having its own bathroom is a big plus! The pool area is spacious and the gazebo and refrigerator helped add to our enjoyment of the pool / hot tub. Kitchen is well stocked with everything and anything you could possibly need. There is easy access to the beach which is almost across the street from the house. Only drawback is that the only view of the ocean you get from the house is on the 3rd deck off master bedroom because of neighbors trees. We will definitely consider renting this house again if it is available.

Absolutely wonderful house! Well stocked in the kitchen. Excellent space for eating and game playing on tables. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Awesome bathrooms for everyone. Fun game room was well used. Very close to the beach in a lovely neighborhood.

We had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful beach house in sand bridge may 7-11. We had nothing but good things to say about the place. It is large, bright, clean and well furnished. The ensuite bathrooms and master bath rooms were awesome. The kitchen was so extremely well stocked with pots and pans and crockpots, waffle iron, keruig, anything you could possibly need. The hot tub very pretty and relaxing, a beautiful pool and a barzeebo area with a outdoor frig and bar area to enjoy as well. its just a walk thru a path to be at the beach . the beach is non crowded and very relaxing. there is a ton of outdoor decking to enjoy as well. the house is huge enough for people to have their own space and privacy if they desire.

We have vacationed in Sandbridge several times and always choose Lacado Brista. We love the pool and outdoor bar area and the large sun deck is superb for sitting outside to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The owners recently made some renovations which made this years experience even better. I loved my large en suite bathroom with double sinks and my husband really enjoyed the new game room with pool table and fridge. The house is located just across the street and over the dunes from the beach and is a quick and easy walk between the house and the beach. There is a ton of fridge space to keep your drinks cold and a large kitchen and dining room to sit down and have a family dinner every night. Perfect vacation spot!

Through Sandbridge Realty, we have rented Lacado Brista for a week during the past 8 summers and we have already signed up for 2019.. We like the location on the less crowded North end and the access to the beach is right across the street. The owners have improved and maintained the property to keep it a desirable rental and the 6 bedrooms and 7.5 baths gives us plenty of room. There is a large deck and the pool area with the gazebo is especially nice. We always look forward to our week at Lacado Brista with our family.
