Back at your home away from home, you'll be greeted by a new coat of paint on the exterior, as well as additional landscaping in the front area, setting the tone for your serene stay here. Step inside to a beautifully furnished interior boasting a nautical theme accenting the four bedrooms, living room, and open kitchen. Warm hardwood floors and sea-faring artwork throughout the home add to its elegant charm. The spacious living area is perfect for unwinding after exciting days out and about. The TV and surround sound home theater system there will thoroughly enhance any show or movie you happen to watch. The group chef will adore the massive updates to the kitchen, such as the all-new stainless steel appliances, sink, and kitchen tiles. Enjoy culinary masterpieces together indoors or take everything to the lovely upper deck and indulge in the ocean views and the delicious food.

Speaking of being outdoors, the backyard is undoubtedly one of the focal points of the house. Pair up for some volleyball on the soft grassy court and then cool off afterward with a refreshing swim in the large sparkling pool. A great house to escape to for a small sense of normal this year. Perfect for our family of 10 to gather together. The house location does require a small walk along the main road without a sidewalk to get ot the beach.

Pro’s - Pool was awesome, big backyard for everyone to enjoy.
3 level living gave everyone their own personal space, with 4 bathrooms everyone had their separate space. AC worked great even though the temperatures were in the 90’s outside.
3rd row how was close to beach access, the only drawback was the neighbors house shrubs were overtaking the roadway and forced u to walk in the road.
Could use improvement- appliance were outdated - ice maker didnt work, freezer door wouldnt stay shut and gas burner on the stove wouldnt light.
