Searching for a vacation of a lifetime? That special time with loved ones waking up to an incredible view, sharing and preparing meals, teaming siblings against parents in epic games of pool? Welcome to The Regency, your luxury beach villa that will exceed your expectations for the perfect vacation. Outside living area complete with nice gathering area, built-in grilling station, and comfortable resort-style lounge furniture generously appointed on decks.

The first floor has two king main suites and two queen suites (each with two queen beds), a theater room, a game room, a family room, and an elevator with access to all three levels. The spacious feeling greets you upon entering and the blue background of the ocean instantly invites you in. Three bedrooms to the north, all beautifully decorated, have a unique privacy amenity, and access to an outside veranda via a sliding door which is separated by landscaping and soft scape features. The large theater room is located on the south side and features coliseum-style seating for enjoying movies or sporting events. An arcade room is full of inside fun. The king main suite is located on the Southeast side of the house, with access to a paved patio area and the backyard. A cozy family room with comfortable seating makes this area one of many places to relax with access to a second full kitchen. The laundry room is centrally located on the first floor. The covered patio area leads to the indoor pool. Swim protected by the elements while watching the pelicans soar by. The outside living space offers a sitting area and spacious grilling area. The enlarged paved patio surrounding the pool provides space for gathering in groups for dining poolside.

The second floor has one king main suite with a private deck, a gourmet kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a wet bar, dining and living rooms with direct access to the catwalk and covered gazebo, a billiards room, and a pub-style bar. The main kitchen was designed for family dinners, big meals, and lots of love. The variety and quality of the kitchen equipment and appliances will enable you to produce the most memorable of meals. Enjoy games of pool in the professional billiards room, and when you get thirsty, head to the pub-style bar, and make your own favorite concoction. Relax in the family room with large glass windows crowned with a custom-made spherical crystal chandelier and electric fireplace with floor-to-ceiling rock features. Ample seating in the nicely appointed dining room for all, as well as a wet bar, a computer area, a game area for cards and board games, a hall bath, and direct access onto the catwalk deck to the cabana. Standing at the end of the cabana makes you feel like you are floating above the sea.

The third floor has one king main suite and a private deck, plus six bedroom suites. There is also a reading room and a laundry room. Three of the seven bedrooms on the upper level have private decks with exceptional views of the ocean. Two bedrooms are double bunk rooms. The third-floor balcony looks down on the second-floor living area, with inspirational views of the sea crowned with a custom crystal chandelier.

We have been coming to Sandbridge for 8 years and this has been by far one of the BEST houses we have stayed in!

This is a fabulous house for a big family that included one set of grandparents, four grown children and their spouses, 18 grandchildren (ages six months to 16) (and one au pair). Plenty of room, beautiful house, great vacation!

WOW! That sums up this house. Every luxury detail has been thought of in this house. It is pristine clean and decorated like a luxury home, not a rental. The adults loved hanging around the pub/pool table area, it really felt like we felt like we were in our own private bar and didn't have to leave our house. The rooms are spacious with every room having a king or 2 queens (not doubles!!!) and each bedroom has their own full bath. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, the theater room (so authentic looking) and the game room. The decorating is top notch in every single room of this house. Loved every minute. Book it! You won't be disappointed - we weren't!

This house was amazing! We had an awesome family vacation here. The kids were never bored, between swimming, playing pool, playing in the arcade and watching movies in the theater. The adults were also never bored. It was amazing to stand on the second floor deck and watch dolphins swimming. The sunsets and sunrises were beyond words. You fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves and it is so peaceful. We will definitely be back. The owner is a wonderful guy who is truly interested in providing great service to his guests. A great property with truly amazing amenities!

This vacation home is perfect in every way. 26 family members gathered to make memories that will last a lifetime. The beautiful ocean view and easy beach access, well stocked kitchen, pools for both sun and shade lovers. I cant say enough. The house is absolutely beautiful and clean and not one of the 7 children declared even once that they were bored. The gift bag was awesome and greatly appreciated. The only sad day was when we had to leave.

We celebrated our daughters graduation in receiving her Masters at this home, and it was amazing. We had family members from outof town and the home accommodated all of our needs and wants. This home is simply stunning. All 12-bedrooms have full bathrooms. The gourmet kitchen is a chef workshop. Not to mention, the oceafront view is breathtaking. You will not be disappointed, this home is so awesome!!! My family is still talking about this home and we plan to return during Christmas time. Thanks to the owners and their taste, this home is very elegant. (5-Star Home)

My family and friends stayed for a week. The house was all we hoped for. We have been coming to VA Beach for well over nine years. This house is absolutely beautiful. Although there were a few minor issues with the house, Sandbridge Realty was very responsive ensuring that everything was addressed. Everyone loved the bar area!! This is by far one of the favorite homes which we have stayed in. The only complaints I heard from everyone was, they wished the indoor pool was actually in the house, and no hot tub. The house is fully stocked for preparing food. The owner presented me with a gift bag. I cant say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at the Regency. This will be our forever house!!
