Perfectly located to offer the most spectacular sunsets in all of Virginia Beach! With three bedrooms and two newly renovated baths, there's plenty of room for either one or two families. In the garage storage unit, we have provided beach chairs, a beach buggy, an umbrella, and beach toys all for your use.

Wonderful soft colors throughout welcome you to the secluded sanctuary on Sandbridge Beach. Take a walk on the private boardwalk and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the Atlantic or simply relax to the beauty of nature from our balcony overlooking the Back Bay Natural Wildlife Preserve. Aqua Pelican is decorated with you in mind - offering plenty of room and amenities.

Modern stainless steel GE appliances compliment this well-appointed kitchen ready for the most discerning chef. Appliances include a Keurig coffee maker and coffee grinder for your convenience. The living area is comfortably decorated with enough space for evening family get-togethers.

The main bedroom offers a comfortable bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third is equipped with a twin over double bunk and a second twin bunk. Plenty of room for everyone! Once you experience your vacation in Aqua Pelican, we're sure it will become your vacation destination year after year.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open from mid-May to mid-September) and two fitness centers.

THINGS TO KNOW
  • The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
  • The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
  • The hot tub is closed during the summer months and will also not be available in winter 2023 due to construction.
  • There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2023.
  • This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Love this unit. We overlook the bay and the sunsets are wonderful. This unit is well stocked with every kitchen item you could want (except a waffle iron ��). Walk to the National Wildlife Sanctuary when you get tired of the beach or the pool! We are considering wintering over here every year!
