This retreat has been updated with new decor and furnishings in the living room and dining areas! Rest and relax with breathtaking oceanfront views from two private balconies, free parking, easy beach access, and loads of fun! Our condo is sure to make your vacation an enjoyable memory. Enjoy the open floor living area which has a 42” HD TV with premium cable service, a large sectional, and two comfortable reading chairs. There are also TV/DVD players in all of the bedrooms with premium cable channels or enjoy our expansive DVD and book collection throughout. Lastly, stay in touch with work and friends via our complimentary high-speed wireless internet and dedicated workspace area in the dining room space while also including a full-size dining room table for all your family meals. Or for a quick bite, sit down on one of the additional bar height stools.

Cook and entertain in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We have included all the staples you need for cooking meals such as basic cookware and meal ware and with an open floor plan, the entire family is involved in all the meal making and conversation!

Wake up to an oceanfront sunrise in the serene main bedroom on its luxury king-size bed or step outside to the private balcony to watch the sun rise with your morning cup of coffee. Also included in the main suite is a private bathroom, oversized chair for sitting and reading your favorite book, closet space, and an HD TV for your viewing pleasure.

Don't forget to bring all your favorite beach items too because there is enough room for it all in our conveniently located garage-level storage closet. And you will not need to tow anything upstairs from the beach since this closet is conveniently located right next to the beach access!

This home is truly beach and kid-friendly with everything you may need to enjoy the sand and water on those hot summer days! Life is Good is conveniently located next to the swimming pool, the gas grilling stations and seating areas, and the stairway to the beach.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September), two libraries, and two fitness centers.

THINGS TO KNOW
  • The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
  • The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
  • The hot tub is closed during the summer months and will also not be available in winter 2023 due to construction.
  • There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2023.
  • This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

We’ve stayed at the same unit for about the past 9 years. In many ways, it’s our home away from home. Always very happy with the location, the updates to the unit were very nice. We were disappointed to find that the unit was open and uncleaned when we checked in at 4:30 on Saturday. When we went back to report this to the office staff, they were polite and the room was cleaned with 90 minutes.
