Osprey Point at the Sanctuary is a wonderful condominium with two private balconies that offer plenty of seating and breathtaking views. Looking east you will enjoy a panoramic view of the sand dunes, Little Island Pier, and the great Atlantic Ocean. Looking west, you find the natural beauty of the Back Bay Wildlife Preserve which will provide you with amazingly colorful sunsets. This spacious condominium has an open floor plan with plenty of seating and tasteful decor for all of your guests to relax and enjoy. There are even TVs in every room, a full-size washer/dryer appliance for all your laundering needs, complimentary WiFi access, a Graco Pack 'N Play, and the most basic essentials for all your vacationing needs!

The comfortable living area is bright, inviting, and just the place to relax after a fun day at the beach. We provide a generous amount of comfortable seating for all and a TV. Watch a favorite family movie or catch up on the day's news with our premium cable service. The spacious open floor plan includes everyone, even the family chef, in all the conversation and fun! The kitchen provides top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and plenty of basic cookware and meal ware for preparing some of our local seafood favorites. And don't forget to visit one of the many local farms within a few minutes' drive. For a quick bite, we have a breakfast bar setting with stools, or use the full-size dining room table in the adjoining dining room area.

We have really thought of everything to make your stay stress free and fun! Last but not least, we offer beach items in two different locations for easy access. There is a garage-level storage closet that includes all the essentials for the perfect beach day such as beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a beach cooler, and a beach cart to carry it all to the sand. The closet is even big enough for all your beach stuff too and conveniently located right by your car and beach access so no carrying everything back upstairs!

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open from mid-May to mid-September), two libraries, and two fitness centers.

THINGS TO KNOW

The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
The hot tub is closed during the summer months and will also not be available in winter 2023 due to construction.
There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2023.

This condo was very clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. We especially liked how kid-friendly the condo was.

The balconies (two of them) were very private and the view was nice. We hope to come back one day.
