This fabulous house may look small from the outside, but feels spacious when you’re inside. The semi-oceanfront location offers across-the-street beach access as well as nice views of the ocean from the living room, front deck, crow’s nest. The nicely landscaped yard is complete with a salt-water pool and a hot tub with a pergola built over it to block out the sun.

A cook’s kitchen with two dishwashers opens to a dining area that can seat up to 24 people. The open floorplan includes an upstairs beachside sunroom and a downstairs family game room with a second full-size refrigerator. You'll have six bedrooms plus a daybed for any unexpected overnight guests.

Enter the first-floor foyer and to your left is a spacious king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. To your right are two bedrooms for the kids. Each bedroom has a TV and two bunksets (twin-over-double). These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom. Ahead of you is a large game room/family room with an 8-foot pool table and a seating area facing the wide screen TV. A second full-size refrigerator is on this lower level, so your beach and pool beverages are chilled and accessible, providing extra grocery storage. Adjacent to the family room is an oversize washer and dryer if you have to do laundry on vacation. Open the sliding doors onto the lower deck overlooking an enclosed salt water swimming pool and pool deck with lots of comfortable chairs and chaises.

From the pool area, you can climb the outside stairs to the second floor back deck where you can sit and watch the kids in the pool. This deck has a dining table and chairs for six. The second floor has a huge open floor plan with a living room, a kitchen, and a dining area. The cook’s kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal and the dining room table seats up to 20 guests. There is a second table that converts to a poker table for extra diners, puzzles, or games. The living room has big windows looking out on the ocean and a widescreen smart TV, a DVD player, and surround sound. Walk through the living room into the tiled sunroom that has a daybed. The sunroom opens onto the front second-floor deck. Out on this ocean-facing deck, you can sit back in a comfortable Adirondack chair or climb up another level and relax in the crow’s nest. From there you can see for miles. Adjacent to the living room there is another spacious king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the other side of the living room are two more king bedrooms that share a bathroom. From the front bedroom, you can access the front deck and crow’s nest, and from the back bedroom, you can access the back deck and head down to the pool and hot tub. Amenities include an enclosed backyard salt water pool, an outdoor shower, a hot tub, a basketball hoop, ample parking, front and back decks, and a spacious enclosed yard, plus a DVD library, games, a poker table, and high-speed WiFi.

We had a wonderful time as a family spending a week in Sandbridge, VA. The house was as described by the website information and the property management company was very helpful. We loved the pool and hot tub and especially the views of the ocean & back bay. Baja Restaurant was great! We also loved bike riding in Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. The only thing I would change would be the sheets for the King Size beds so they fit properly. Everyone was able to join us and we look forward to coming back again next year!

Fantastic pool, very large kitchen table for large family, beds very comfortable, and so many Kings! , lovely deck views, great to see the ocean only a minute walk , almost like oceanfront. Nice fenced yard for pets,

This was the first time we rented a house for a family vacation - we usually stay at hotels. This was a great experience - the house was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely do again!
