Description

Decorated for those that love the beach, this three-bedroom condo has ample room so everyone in your party can easily relax and enjoy their ocean vacation. This beach property is located on the west side of the Sanctuary and overlooks the magnificent Back Bay. While relaxing on the balcony, you’ll witness the breathtaking colors of the evening sun as it slowly disappears into the waters of the Bay. In the morning, the warm breezes will serenade you with soft bird calls as they also begin their lazy day.

Breakfast, lunch, or dinner will be easy to prepare in the modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen opens to the living area where a convenient counter and bar stools allow you to catch a quick bite while staying involved in all family room activities.

When the day’s activities have ended, Ocean Fun's three bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The main bedroom is equipped with a comfortable bed and a television so you can stay up on current events. Bedroom 2 has a wonderful queen bed with a television for your viewing entertainment. The third bedroom includes two great twin bunk beds and a TV to make bedtime a fun time.

Don’t forget to bring your laptop! This retreat has free WiFi so you can update all of your social media accounts and make your friends jealous uploading your beautiful vacay pictures showing all the fun you’re having at the beach! This is the place! For family fun or fun with friends, Ocean Fun is sure to create the very best of family vacation memories.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September) and two fitness centers.

THINGS TO KNOW
  • The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
  • The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
  • The hot tub is closed during the summer months and will also not be available in winter 2023 due to construction.
  • There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2023.
  • This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

We had a great stay here a few weeks ago. The kitchen was very well equipped, and nicely set up for entertaining. Lots of platters, large serving bowls, etc. Plenty of silverware, glasses, etc. Decent knife set makes prepping a meal so much easier! It's on the second floor, so we mostly used the stairs. Very close to the pool. The views of the bay were stunning!! Would rent here again.

although there was a lack of essentials, ie paper towels and dishwasher pods, this unit was clean and well kept. It was stocked with all cooking equipment. It was a little far out from the city but at the end of a long day, being away was a great experience.

We've stayed in this unit many times. The unit was good. Don't understand the point of closing some of the access to the pool. If it is open then why limit access?
