A perfect oceanfront luxury home designed for your family to enjoy the ultimate beach vacation experience! Three floors, expansive decks, spacious gathering areas, designer furnishings with custom home touches throughout.

The first-floor fun “Sports Bar” themed game room welcomes you to play a game of pool or cards, or to watch your favorite movie or sporting event from the super large flatscreen TV! With comfortable seating and a convenient wet bar boasting additional granite counter space and bar stools, everyone will be all in the 'sports room' for family billiards competitions, Texas Hold ‘Em, or a playoff game! With three bedrooms located on the first floor, along with elevator access to the additional floors, this is a perfect floor plan for sharing the home with extended family and friends. Sliding door access from the first floor takes you to the backyard playground, complete with an in-ground pool, hot tub, and festive cabana. The full-size refrigerator added cabinets and flatscreen TV in the cabana allows for pool-side snacking and a great way to keep the fun rolling along.

The fantastic floor plan of All Inn makes for a perfect selection of bedrooms and baths on each floor, so planning your stay is non-complicated. Many families enjoy spreading out throughout the home, while others find it more fitting to group together. Whatever the case may be, the design has been very successful in other similar homes and the guests love it! All of the bathrooms are beautifully designed with custom tile work and beachy color schemes. The wrap-around decks offer shade and ocean breezes and of course the amazing view of the ocean which is unobstructed through glass-paneled railings. Watch the waves roll in while relaxing on lounge chairs and patio furniture. Enjoy the sun or relax in the shade, the choice is yours.

The unique location of Sandbridge puts you close to fresh seafood and locally grown produce, which for many of our food enthusiasts the combination of a luxury kitchen and freshly picked corn along with bushels of steamed crabs and shrimp is the highlight of their stay. All top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances shine brightly along with the gorgeous granite counters, with doubled-up appliances that include two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and two ranges. The island breakfast bar is a superb location for happy hour appetizers, as well as a place to enjoy your morning coffee and freshly made doughnuts from the Sandbridge Market. The flow from the kitchen area to the dining area with seating for everyone and the comfortable furnishings in the spacious living room polish off each evening's end. The ocean views are seen from almost every location on the third floor, and the large deck seemingly takes you to the water’s edge.

This house is perfect - excellent and easy to get to location.Bedrooms are all good sizes and nicely appointed. Amazing views, directly on the beach. Pool is great, however seemed like filter wasn't working great. Loved the pool area and lounge chairs and deck furniture. Suggestions: baby equipment like a gate, portable crib and full sized high chair. Beach chairs/umbrellas.
