Step inside to find two levels of living space laid out with three bedrooms on the first floor, including one primary suite. There's a spacious living area that opens to a nice kitchen with counter seating, as well as an enclosed glass sunporch and a full hallway bathroom with a shower.

The upper level features two more bedrooms (including a second primary suite), a family room with a TV, and a hallway bathroom with a shower. The second floor also opens up to the spectacular rooftop deck, expanding the width of the house and offering incredible beach and water views.

Enjoy TVs throughout, high-speed WiFi, a gas grill, an enclosed sunroom, a fifth bathroom with outside access (conveniently located next to the outside hose for washing off), and a second laundry room outdoors that's great for beach towels and swimsuits.
