Every year, this oceanfront home gets better and better! Escape to the Beach Cabana and find space for 24 guests, a private swimming pool and hot tub, an outdoor bar, and direct access to the golden, sandy beach. As you enter, you'll be greeted by an open floor plan, a centrally located gathering area and kitchen, and gorgeous views of the ocean through large windows. The kitchen makes group mealtimes a breeze, offering two full-size refrigerators, three ovens, and two dishwashers. The bedrooms and bathrooms, meanwhile, are conveniently located to ensure privacy for large families or multiple families.

The expansive deck with a tropical bar including a sink and refrigerator with a seating area offers the perfect platform for sunbathing, cooling off in the shade, taking a swim, soaking in the hot tub, or simply enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. Built to Last lounge furniture is provided for your comfort as well. The house is impeccably furnished, with a big-screen TV in the great room and multiple TVs throughout the other rooms. Downstairs, you can play pool, air hockey, Ping-Pong, and Xbox (bring your own game cartridges), and watch movies on the 70-inch flatscreen TV. Or, try your hand at Corn Hole, another fun way to spend quality time with your family and friends. You'll also have a card table, arcade games, air hockey, and a movie room to enjoy during your stay. Free high-speed WiFi is provided for your convenience as well.

Would definitely stay here again. Adults and kids enjoyed the gameroom. The "tiki bar" was a big hit with the adults. Nice sandy area right off deck allowed the kids to play in sand without having to take them down to the water.

We rent a beach house every few years in lieu of giving Christmas presents to our kids and grandkids...This was our second stay at Beach Cabana and it was like returning home, but better! There are improvements being made which adds to the already wonderfulness (Is that even a word?) of this beach house. The high end quality is evident throughout this place. Having 2 dishwashers, ovens and refrigerators made mealtimes a breeze with a crew to feed! The view of the beach/ocean from the poolside deck is incredible and the comfort of the plentiful deck furniture makes it an excellent gathering spot...especially around the Tiki bar! Honestly, I would live here if it were possible! The only things that would make this place perfect would be a new stove in the kitchen (burners were not dependable) and updated washer and dryer. (Very old, so cycles took longer than usual)

We had family from California, Texas, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and Alabama come to Beach Cabana in Sandbridge. With this cottage, you simply walked out onto the beach or enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The amenities were perfect for the kids and for the adults. One day, the power went off to the entire home. Not the fault of the management company, but the power company. However, within 20 minutes there was a Sandbridge Realty rep at the home. They coordinated with Dominion Power and they were there within a half hour to fix the problem. That is what I call over the top customer service from a realty company. The home was extra clean, the pool and hot tub were extra clean, (and maintainers came at least twice during the week). Every possible thing you needed was there - linens, dishes, pot/pans, and games. Sometimes you have to compromise in what you get in a cottage, but there were no compromises here. This home was perfect for our family renunion!

WE ARE FUTURE RENTERS...so looking forward to staying in your beautiful home. My only wish is that is was more handicap accessible (bringing my 86 yr old father)...too bad the side ramp doesnt continue up to the deck.....we will manage..the family is excited!!!!!
