Dive out of the hot weather and into the private, outdoor swimming pool, unwind in the hot tub after a long day in the waves, enjoy the poolside bar and get active with the Ping-Pong table, basketball hoop, horseshoes, badminton, and volleyball net. Or, practice your pitching & putting on the mini three-hole putting green as the little ones play in the sandbox. This place has it all!

Back inside, discover a well-equipped, full kitchen with white cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, a living and dining area with cathedral ceilings and skylights, and large seating areas that make this home perfect for gatherings. This property is located only one mile from Little Island Recreational Park, the fishing pier, restaurants, canoe/kayak rentals and launches, and near Back Bay Wildlife Refuge. Best of all, it's only a couple minutes' walk to the beach!
