Advance Year Reservations 2022: A 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of the booking date if you are a REPEAT RENTER currently booked in this home for 2021. The remainder of the first payment will be due in September 2021. NEW RENTERS will be required to make a non- refundable 50% payment within 24 hours of booking. All final payments are due 45 days prior to arrival.

The house was beautiful. Great location. Had our ladies’ retreat and the main living space was so accommodating. Kitchen is breathtaking.

Blue Horizon exceeded my expectations. We had 13 adults, 1 teen and 4 children ages 5 through 11 and all want to come again. There was plenty of room for everyone. The theater room got plenty of use as did the pool table. The kitchen was phenomenal! My son forgot to bring his waffle iron and we found two in the cabinet. Plenty of coffee makers to satisfy anyone. The only thing missing from the kitchen was an ice cream scoop but we managed. The beach is right there and the views from the rooms and decks is great. The Wi-Fi connectivity was very spotty--sometimes it worked and other times it didn't and when it did it was very slow--we just used our data.

We all loved our stay. Our party consisted of my four kids and their spouses and my eight grandkids. They all want to do it again and the little ones (5 years old) said best vacation ever.
