The first floor is a great fit for multi-generational gatherings featuring a master suite, second bedroom with two twin beds, hall bathroom, and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. There are no stairs to navigate on the ground floor. A small library of books, movies, and games will keep everyone entertained after a fun day of sun, sand, and surfing.

A beautifully designed, well-equipped kitchen and dining area has two large islands that seat 12. The kitchen flows into a family room with plenty of seating. Open the sliding door to gain access to a screened-in porch furnished with tables, a mini-fridge, and a tropical bar. The large screened-in porch/sunroom provides refuge from the sun and a bug-free space to dine, play games, and gather to enjoy your family's company. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of free WiFi, eight LED TVs, and lots of games such as foosball, air hockey, a basketball hoop, and cornhole.
