This bayfront home is located on a spacious, bulkheaded lot with a fenced yard, just a quarter-mile stroll down Whiting Lane to the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a private saltwater pool and hot tub, a bayside deck with a beautiful view, and access to the water via a convenient boat ramp, a covered boat dock, and a floating jet ski dock and floating boat dock. So bring your kayaks, jet skis, or boat (not larger than 17 feet) and indulge in hours of fun on beautiful Back Bay.

Other amenities of this home include a spacious living area and kitchen that are great for family gatherings, a screened porch, a seasonal fireplace, a gas grill, tabletop Ping-Pong, free WiFi, multiple TVs, DVD players, and VCRs.

Great family time. Plenty of room easy access to the bay with kayaks, boats, or jet skis. Plenty of room in the house with all the amenities. The beds were a bit hard but that was the only downside. Depending on my son's deployment schedule we will be back.

Loved the location, right next to the canal and bay and short walking distance to the beach. This was a lovely house that was huge. Loved the outside upstairs deck, you could see forever.

4th year staying at Chateau Noel. Love the location view is amazing. House is large enough for our family and pets. House could use some updating. Bathrooms, dishwasher and refrigerator have been updated over the years. Will be returning again next year.
