Description

This cute little oceanfront getaway is just what beach vacation dreams are made of! Perfect for a smaller family or group, this two-bedroom house is perfectly situated on the quiet north end of Sandbridge Beach. A Coastal Dream II offers lots of light, beachy furnishings and colors, and a beautiful view of the ocean. The efficient kitchen has granite counters and includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, double toaster oven (countertop), electric skillet, and a two-burner hot plate. The kitchen area opens to the living/dining area. Relax on the leather sofas, and enjoy a movie on the large 50” flatscreen TV. There is access to the ocean side deck, which provides a sunny spot to catch the sun’s rays. A picnic table is tucked in the sand, perfect for beachside snacking, or sunset BBQ.

Two bedrooms and one bath complete this cute beach house; a king bedroom and a functional “bunk room” with two bunk beds, twin/queen and twin/twin. Both bedrooms have access to the bathroom, and both bedrooms have 43” flatscreen TVs.

This little getaway has a separate entrance and parking from the main part of the house, where the owner resides full time. This means that this two-bedroom rental is part of a house where the owners reside but a separate and private area with separate entrance and parking. It’s a great place to get away to and enjoy the beach without breaking the bank!

This a a really great place to relax, at the north end of Sandbridge. It is only three years old, and is very clean, well appointed, and above all, has comfortable seating in the living room and dining nook. Access to the beach is a short walk from the back deck, across the dune line. The local market is close, as are two local restaurants: Margie and Ray's Crab House, and Simply Steamed. The owners of the unit, who live next door, were very friendly, and could not have been more accommodating. We look forward to a return visit.

Best vacation spot in 30 years. First the dwelling was immaculately clean and smelled fresh. The kitchen and refrigerator were spotless. The bathroom was perfectly clean, with new shower curtains. The bedroom had a large soft bed with brand new linen.. We did not see and dust bunnies on the fans or HVAC return grill. Something else I noticed was the exterior deck to the beach was perfectly smooth , so I can walk out barefoot. The actual beachfront spot is at the end of public area and next to the Naval base. We had plenty of room and the area itself was beautiful. The parking area was large and perfectly clean . This home is very close to the local grocery store and a nice restaurant. We really didn’t need to travel far for anything. The owners were very nice and accommodating. I plan to stay here again. Thank you
