The Regency South will provide the vacation experience of a lifetime. Three levels of magnificent space have been perfected for the ultimate stay. The second floor boasts two custom bar areas, a wine bar for sophisticated and classy enjoyment, a pub bar closer to the billiards table, and large flatscreen TV, perfect for the more rambunctious at heart. A stately card room is equipped with a game table perfect for poker or board games.

The first floor offers one king primary suite and slider door access to the patio, three bedrooms each with a private bath, theater room, arcade/game room, family room, and elevator. The spacious feeling greets you upon entering and the ocean view invites you in. three bedrooms to the north, all beautifully decorated, have a unique privacy amenity, and access to an outside veranda via a sliding door which is separated by landscaping and soft scape features. If you are a night owl and want to take in the stars before calling it a day, you can do so without disturbing the guests in the bedroom next to you. The large theater room is located on the south side and features coliseum-style seating for enjoying movies or sporting events. A cool arcade is full of inside fun. The king primary suite is located on the Southeast side of the house, with access to a paved patio area and directly onto the backyard oasis. There is a cozy family room with comfortable seating, making this area one of many places to relax with access to a second full kitchen. A laundry room is centrally located on the first floor (as well as the third). The covered patio area will be a favorite spot for getting out of the sun and leads you to the indoor pool. The enlarged paved patio surrounding the in-ground pool provides space for gathering in groups for dining poolside.

The second floor offers one king primary suite with a private deck, a gourmet kitchen with a walk-in pantry, wet bar, dining and living rooms with direct access to the catwalk deck and covered gazebo, billiards room, wine bar, pub-style bar, and card room. The highly functional kitchen was designed with these things in mind: family dinners, big meals, and lots of love! Enjoy games of pool in the professional style billiards room, and when you get thirsty, head to the pub-style bar, complete with a three-station Margaritaville Drink Machine. If a more sophisticated beverage and atmosphere are desired, spend your time at the wine bar! Relax in the family room with large glass windows crowned with a custom-made crystal chandelier and an electric fireplace with floor-to-ceiling rock features. Ample seating in the dining room for all, as well as a convenient wet bar, computer area, game area, hall bath, and direct access onto the catwalk deck which leads to the large covered cabana. Standing at the end of the cabana makes you feel like you are literally floating on the sea.

The third floor offers a king primary suite and private deck, six bedrooms with a private bath (two east-facing with private deck), reading room, laundry room. Three of the seven bedrooms on the upper level have private decks, offering exceptional views of the ocean and back of the villa. Each bedroom is well-appointed and decorated with beachy accents. The second of the two laundry facilities are located on the third floor. The balcony on the third floor looks down on the second-floor living area, with inspirational views of the sea.

This has been our 4th time vacationing in Sandbridge and the Regency South has by far been our best accommodation for our large family. From the large windows over looking the shoreline to the many many TV's. Every morning and evening was spent beautifully together. We gave many thanks meeting for meals at this beautiful long table. From the youngest member, 11 months, to the wisest of 75 years old - we thank you!

Lovely...the house, the beach, everything. this is the second time to Sandbridge for most of us...(the first time was last fall) and we would come back again. The house was perfectly suited to our needs...the indoor pool, which was a requirement when booking for our 13 year old, came in handy since the weather was a little too cool, and the elevator made it easy for our 84 year old family member to get around; and there are just so many other conveniences. Beautiful sunrises, sitting on the upper level portico watching the waves, completing puzzles (we did 3) on the long table, whipping up wonderful meals in the kitchen and just enjoying each others company made this a great week. We will be back...and hope to sty here again so we can enjoy more of the amenities.

`This was our first visit to Sandbridge and we loved the beach! We usually fly some place warm during winter break but due to the pandemic we felt safest finding something driving distance from CT. The house was gorgeous and had everything our family of 4 could possibly need. Our 11 year old loved the indoor pool and movie theater (and all the 80's movies we made her watch). It was cold and rainy all week but we had a great time with all the fun amenities at the house. We will definitely be back and hope to bring our friends once the pandemic ends. We will keep the great memories of dolphin sightings and the gorgeous soft sand and out 8 month old's first swim in the pool Thanks for sharing your house with us!

Best Christmas Ever! Loved the house and all it's amenities. It would be great to stay during the summer. Lights for indoor pool were so cool at night. Sound system in the house is top notch! 4 Families were here this week and we still had beds open. So relaxing! Even better we had a special time with old friends and new. Our first grandson was born in February and he came to celebrate his first Christmas with us. Thank you for helping make our Christmas amazing!

This house is aaaaaaaamazing. We did 3 nights hoping to do 4 next year at the same house. This house had everything. We had our 4th military reunion at the beach and this house by far is the best. Im just sitting back waiting for the 2020 rates to come out.

This is truly a beautiful home, has all the amenities anyone could ever ask for. We always have a large group with us and love the idea of the extra large ice maker. We enjoyed the pools, pool tables, game room and the nice bar area with the fun drink maker. We celebrated an early Christmas with family and friends here and brought an artificial tree from home. This home has everything and the gift basket from the owner is a terrific touch. We hope to get back to this home again, tried for 2019 but was already booked.

What a house!!! We were at the beach celebrating milestone birthdays along with a retirement. The workmanship of this house is top of the line.....down to the wooden trim in the elevator. We enjoyed using the outdoor pool in the day and the jetted indoor pool in the evening. The marble dining table allowed for all of us to eat together at one table which was so much fun. After dinner we retired to the pub bar being able to watch sporting events while enjoying cocktails with everyone around the bar. The bar was perfect!!! We also enjoyed watching old home movies one evening in the beautiful theatre. I would recommend this house 100%. There is no doubt in my mind this is the best house on the beach and hope to back soon.

Couldnt have asked for a more perfect house for our family vacation of 26 people! The kids had a blast in the game room, indoor pool and movie theatre! Definitely planning to go back when the weather is a little warmer! House was so clean and PERFECT in every way. The owner leaves no stone unturned for sure
