The unique layout of this house features an east wing with a game room (TV, pool table, dartboard, and foosball), two bedrooms (queen with smart TV and a twin/double bunk) as well as a newly renovated full bath and a kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, single burner, and sink. Access from this side of the house takes you to the screened-in in-ground pool and breezeway with a covered shady deck area and outside shower. The lanai-style solar heated pool offers the ability to relax in the water without battling sunburn or bugs but is adjacent to a spacious deck and grassy yard for sun worshipers too.

Upstairs in the east wing is a large sunken family room and a big screen Roku TV that gives you even more space and another area to rewind and relax, enjoy a great movie, or simply watch the beautiful natural landscape you see through the many windows. You can even play a tune on the piano. Imagine a family sing-a-long!

Five additional bedrooms on the west wing of the house include, on the first floor: a queen bedroom with TV, a bunk room with two bunks, and a full hall bathroom. The large king main suite includes a 55-inches 4K Roku TV, a double-sink bath with shower and jetted tub, and a private deck where you can enjoy your coffee while watching birds on the canal as it winds toward Back Bay. The third floor includes a loft with a 4K Roku TV perfect for gaming, desk, and western water views; a bedroom with two twin beds, desk, and a TV; and a queen bedroom with TV where you can also watch the sun rise and catch a glimpse of the ocean. The third floor includes a full hall bath with a tub for convenience.

A Sage Point is casually decorated throughout with photographic prints, tapestries, music-themed décor, and comfortable seating. The well-equipped kitchen offers granite counters, two dishwashers, a brand new (2021) double oven, and a cooktop. The large second-floor dining area can seat up to 19 and is accented with multiple windows overlooking the water and wood flooring. There is a library off the kitchen which is perfect for enjoying a good book or building a puzzle on the adjustable puzzle table. A screened in porch adjacent to the dining room is perfect for dining al fresco with a view!

The house is also ideal for remote working, with a mesh network with gigabit internet that keeps you connected in every corner of the space. The Sonos sound system lets you play music throughout the house through multiple speakers simultaneously. Situated on a point of land at the end of a quiet street, there are water views to the south, east, and west of the house. The walk to the beach is safe and fully paved, with very little traffic and a well-marked crosswalk.
