The main bedroom features a private bath and two wonderful balconies overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom also includes its own private bathroom, while the third bedroom is ideal for kids or guests who prefer separate beds. For extra convenience, there’s a Murphy bed neatly hidden in the living room closet—no more sleeping on a pull-out couch! The dining room, furnished by Bassett Home Furnishings, comfortably seats eight, offering plenty of room for the whole family.

The condo’s location makes poolside dips and beach outings a breeze. You’ll enjoy quick access to the pools and the beach—just steps away from the condo—perfect for families with little ones.
Beachside also offers the closest balcony to the ocean, where you can sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or dine in the evening shade, all while listening to the relaxing sound of the waves just below. With this sought-after location near the elevator, moving in and out is a snap, and you'll be at the beach or pool in no time.
The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, along with a full range of small appliances for your convenience.

When you book this exceptional getaway, you’ll also have access to shared amenities, including three outdoor swimming pools and two indoor fitness centers.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Do not move furniture between rooms.
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

We loved it at The Sanctuary in Sandbridge and unit A106! Being here three seasons made it even better. We could not have a better unit than beachfront first floor to wTch them unfold.
