All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Do not move furniture between rooms.
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

We came to Sandbridge for a much needed week away from work and business of life. Such a great place. The beach there is fabulous, the condos are nice, clean and in good order. Feel very safe there as opposed to being in downtown Va Beach. Our favorite get away.

The vacation rental definitely met our expectations. It had all the amenities that we needed for the week. Our family usually rents a house for the week, but decided on a condo this year. I must say that we were pleasantly surprised. Some features I really appreciated were two parking spaces, the storage unit for all our beach supplies, and the variety of kitchen supplies.
