Penthouse Paradise is the ultimate in oceanfront luxury, offering four bedrooms, an open floor plan, and panoramic ocean views just outside on the balcony. Enjoy plenty of room for oceanside dining, entertaining, dolphin-watching, and relaxing while gazing at the moon shining on the water.

As of 2023, this condo has been thoroughly renovated with hardwood floors, new furniture, new window treatments, and updated televisions throughout, providing guests with elements of comfort, charm, and ease. High-speed internet access throughout the home provides added convenience.

The full kitchen boasts top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There's also plenty of space for oceanfront dining for the whole family.

At night, you'll find that all four bedrooms have TVs; two of the four are suites with private bathrooms. The primary suite is on the second floor, offering a wraparound ocean view, a magnificent private balcony, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and granite countertops.

The Sanctuary is home to wonderful on-site amenities, including three outdoor pools (open mid-May to mid-September), Viking grills, and two fitness centers. Adjacent to the complex is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, which also includes a children’s playground; tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts; and enough public parking for the unexpected visitor. Just down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, which offers beach access and hiking trails galore.

THINGS TO KNOW

The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
The hot tub is closed during the summer months and will also not be available in winter 2023 due to construction.
There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2023.
