Inside, the spacious living area is designed for comfort and connection. A large TV is perfectly positioned for viewing from the kitchen, dining area, and cozy leather seating — ideal for movie nights or relaxing after a beach day. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Do not move furniture between rooms.
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
This rental is located on floor 4.

Overall, we're happy with this condo. It's clean and the kitchen is well stock. It was our first time to the complex. It took us awhile to figure out how to get to places. It would help to have signs directing which way to the pool/beach.

Nice place to relax, we didn't get a chance to be at beach. The weather didn't cooperate, but we try to make the best of it, we just chilled out!

Home was delightful, perfect for a family of 5. Great set up and space. Game table was a nice bonus. Just a few problems. Hallway lights were out. Bath mat not included for all bathrooms.

our stay was wonderful. The unit was clean and comfortable. A few suggestions: have a full size blanket on the bottom bunk to fit properly; replace plastic shower curtain; provide charger wires for the video game controllers
