On-site parks include pools, a fitness center, meeting rooms, and cabana bar.

Showcasing fresh artwork and decor, the condo boasts recent upgrades including all-new granite counters, fixtures, lighting, and furniture including new bedding and mattresses. Take in sunrise and sunset vistas from the breezy, private balcony - perfect for morning coffee and happy hour cocktails. The kitchen comes equipped with all major appliances, counter gadgets, and cookware for handling home cooking with ease, including a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. There's wraparound seating for four at the breakfast bar and the new dining table also seats four. Located in the laundry room at your convenience, there are beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler to help make your trip down to the beach a little more comfortable. After the day's activities, unwind in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV or choose from one of the provided board games for a classic family game night.

Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW

The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
The hot tub is closed during the summer months and will also not be available in winter 2023 due to construction.
There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2023.
