Welcome to Back Bay Breezes where beachy decor and comfort in an oceanfront location await! You'll love the sweeping views of the Back Bay, the open concept floor plan, and the kitchen and living areas, as well as the very spacious primary suite and wide sunny balcony. And with a quick elevator ride, you can be on beautiful Sandbridge Beach in moments. Enjoy gathering in the family room after a long day on the beach and watch your favorite TV shows or a movie on the 85-inch smart TV with cable and Roku streaming. The full kitchen is open to the family room, so you're sure to feel a part of everything, no matter what you're cooking, and it is well-equipped with all the small and major appliances you might need during an ideal vacation. There is also plenty of dinnerware, cookware, and barbecue utensils available, so large meals are never a problem. Gather around the dining table with seating for four, or spread out on the balcony and enjoy your meal outdoors with amazing bay views! The primary bedroom suite supports a bed and a very spacious en-suite bath featuring aquatic blue and white decor. Enjoy views of the sunset from the comfort of the luxurious bed or just catch up on some sleep. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, completed in nautical themes with a mounted television to view. The bunk room has one full-size bed with a full trundle and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, with a playful beach theme and a mounted TV as well. There's access to the large balcony from either of two sliding doors off the great room, which offers great views of the Back Bay from the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The extra-large balcony offers seating for up to 10 people.

Three pools are located all around the development, including the oceanfront pool with a swim-up cabana bar. There are multiple Viking gas grilling stations available for use in the common areas and around the pool. Walk past the oceanfront pool and spend time on the pristine beach supported by lifeguards. Boogie boards, skimboards, beach chairs, an umbrella, and various sand toys are available for use in the storage unit located in the garage area. Area activities include a large playground adjacent to the property at Little Island Park. Pier Fishing is a moment's walk from the front door, and the tranquility of the Back Bay Reserve is just a short bike or car ride away only two miles down the street. There is a kayak or canoe drop across from the Island Park. Ride your bike eight miles through the reserve, and you will find yourself in North Carolina. Bike rentals are available and can be delivered to guests on the day they arrive. Virginia Beach Boardwalk is a short drive away, should you choose to enjoy one of the numerous activities offered there, such as live bands, festivals, amusement parks, mini-golf, and The Virginia Marine Science Museum. There are many local restaurants for dining out, including one on the premise and one a short walk across the street. Within a few miles, you will find several other eating establishments as well as opportunities for ice cream. Purchase a 'steam pot' from down the street and have all your favorite seafood delights presented for you - just add your favorite hot sauce!

THINGS TO KNOW

The shared pool is available from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2023.
