Here on the grounds of The Sanctuary at False Cape, you will have access to a community courtyard offering three swimming pools and gas grills that are available from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend. One pool has an oceanfront swim-up bar. Additional features include a fitness room with treadmills, plasma TVs, and weights; a community room; and the big stretch of Atlantic Ocean. The fitness center is available year-round!

After a long day of fun in the sun, retreat back to this luxurious condo, lounge on the couch, and catch up on one of your favorite shows with the 53-inch TV and DVD player. Need an even more comfortable way to chill out? All three coastal-themed bedrooms are equipped with TVs and DVD players as well.

Take an evening to enjoy the lovely kitchen, which is well-equipped with everything you might need to prepare a home-cooked meal. After dinner, you'll likely find yourself on the private balcony, enjoying the views and sipping an evening glass of wine. With the spacious sitting areas and closets, Dolphins and Daiquiris will feel like a home away from home - except this home is just steps from the beach!

THINGS TO KNOW

The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2023.
