Decked out for the best family beach vacation fun and with more than enough space to accommodate everyone, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo features one of the largest layouts on the beach, offering outstanding beach, ocean, pier, and bay views. With this desired south side condo, you will get to enjoy a sunrise cup of coffee gazing at the Atlantic Ocean or a sunset glass of wine overlooking Back Bay on one of our two balconies. The extra spacious main bedroom includes a king-size bed, private bathroom, and private balcony overlooking the south end of the beach or bay and is perfect for relaxing and catching up on sleep. Additional sleeping arrangements include a lovely coastal-themed queen bedroom with a full bath right next door. Don't forget to bring your game stations and gadgets to keep everyone busy after a full beach day. With a spacious kitchen, community grills, and plenty of seating, mealtimes are always quality time. Whether you want to bike into the wildlife refuge and catch a glimpse of wild horses, fish from the pier, ride the waves, or simply lounge in the sand, come visit us in Sandbridge Beach and you will be Dune It Right!

There are two parking spaces reserved for this condo in a covered parking garage. Three swimming pools open annually from mid-May through September (varies depending upon weather). One pool has an oceanfront swim-up bar. There are top-of-the-line Viking gas grills (in the courtyard area). Comfy quiet library with plush chairs and great book selection, state of the art exercise room with treadmills, plasma TVs and weights, and of course, the big stretch of Atlantic - sand and ocean with no road in front!

Condominiums are privately owned.
Please note that there is extensive construction occurring in buildings A & B including elevator and roof replacement, exterior painting, and breezeway remediation. During this time, you may hear loud construction noise during your stay. All installations and upgrades should be concluded by June. While Sanctuary’s pools and the fitness center are scheduled to be open from Memorial Day Weekend through October 2nd, the condo association has the right to close the pools at any time due to weather or repairs. The Sanctuary hot tubs should open in the fall. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
