Description

Let our home away from home, be your home away from home! Our oceanfront retreat is equipped with all the latest and greatest, plus three wonderful balconies! Each morning, while here with your family, enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the unique, large, living room terrace. This terrace extends out, beyond the other condo terraces, giving you both east and south views of the ocean, beach, and pier. It is truly unique! Seeking some privacy? Then, enjoy one of two oceanfront main suite balconies. All three oceanfront balconies will provide your family with breathtaking, stress-relieving views of the ocean. Watch surfers near the pier, dolphins, flocks of pelicans, and on occasion whales.

Grand Bleu is a spacious three-bedroom retreat located on the same level as the pool and outdoor Viking grills for easy family access. The beach and beachfront pool are one flight of stairs below you. Believe me, after your third trip to the pool or beach for the day, with your kids, toys, and towels, you will appreciate the location of this condo!

If your group loves watching DVDs, you will be delighted to know there is a wonderful 42-inch LCD TV with DVD and surround sound in the living room. (Don't forget to bring your own movies). Connect your iPod to the surround sound system to enjoy your own music as well. Also, for individual use, there are TV/DVD combos in all the bedrooms. There are also board games, puzzles, and books for your enjoyment.

When you book this terrific escapade, you will have access to incredible shared amenities, including three outdoor swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September), two indoor fitness centers, and an outdoor seasonal hot tub (open mid-September to mid-May).

THINGS TO KNOW
  • The shared, outdoor pool is available from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. Pool hours are 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. (Pool openings and closings are weather permitting and dates can be changed at the discretion of the HOA.)
  • The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
  • The hot tub is closed during the summer months and will also not be available in winter 2023 due to construction.
  • There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2023.
  • This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
