Sandbridge is a truly peaceful, ideal spot to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Share time with your family and enjoy the sights and sounds of this coastal destination where every day there is something new to explore. This condo was fully renovated in May 2022, including the following: all new paint, beds/mattresses/bedding, new bedroom carpet, new shower heads, and new washer/dryer. The condo also offers a beautiful open floor plan with a spacious living room and gourmet kitchen with full comforts like Cuisinart appliances and accessories, Keurig, and espresso machine. The living room is tastefully decorated in a nautical theme and boasts a 65-inch TV with wood floors throughout. We have also provided a large DVD library (DVD players in both bedrooms), game table (dining table converts to a poker table), and complimentary WiFi. The well-equipped kitchen will make mealtimes a true pleasure. All appliances are stainless steel and top of the line to provide the chef with everything he or she needs to prepare a wonderful meal. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed with TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet. You're also sure to enjoy your private luxurious main bath. The second bedroom has a double over double bunk bed with a twin trundle bed, TV, and DVD player, plus a double-size sofa bed in the living room for added sleeping capacity. You can enjoy time on the spacious private balcony which overlooks The Sanctuary's stunning tropical courtyard. Amenities include three outdoor swimming pools, two fitness centers, a hot tub, two assigned parking spots and WiFi. This balcony can be enjoyed in early spring and late fall even after temperatures begin to drop, so consider an off-season getaway!

Things to know
Only Saturday to Saturday rentals are accepted between May and September. Pools open mid-May to mid-September. Pool hours are 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Hot tub open mid-September to mid-May. The hot tub is closed during the summer months.

Had a great vacation in our condo. Everything was easily accessible. Our condo even had a beach cart which we used to unpack our car and carry groceries in the condo. Felt safe at all times

Have stayed at here before and though essentially a nice property in a great location, it's starting to have issues with condition. That's to be expected with age and being on the ocean is tough on buildings. However common areas and unit could be cleaner as well. We just suck that up because it's a pretty good value for a condo in great location.
