Ready for some beach vacation fun? Bring your family and kick back at the beautiful Sanctuary at False Cape Condominiums in sunny Sandbridge! Head downstairs and hit the beach or take a dip in any one of the three, big, sparkling pools. There's even an oceanfront cabana pool, where you'll find a beautiful view of the beach! Multiple large Viking gas grilling stations are located around the pools and in common areas. Additional features include a fitness room with treadmills, plasma TVs, and weights; a community room; and the big stretch of Atlantic Ocean.

Sandbridge Retreat 222A boasts nearly 1,600 square feet of living space with a bright, open floor plan and new flooring in the main living areas (2019). Enjoy preparing meals together using granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the big, bright kitchen, which is open to the dining and family rooms to keep laughter and conversation going. After a hot day at the beach or the pool, take a seat in front of the extra-large family room cable TV or log onto the free WiFi to share a few photos. There are TVs in all of the bedrooms as well, so everyone can spread out and bask in the comforts of home. Enjoy an evening snack or your morning cup of coffee on the private balcony with beautiful views of both the beach and bay.

At night, there are three spacious bedrooms. The first is a primary suite with a private bathroom, the second has a queen-size bed and a twin-size bunk bed set, and the third offers a queen-size bed and a twin bunk bed set as well. It's the perfect arrangement for a big family vacation with both adults and kids.

THINGS TO KNOW

The shared pool is available from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings. Construction is expected to complete in mid-April.
