In addition to the amenities you'll find inside this condo, it's also located near False Cape State Park and next to Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, where you'll find a variety of walking paths and many species of wildlife and waterfowl. After a day at the beach, relax in one of the property's three refreshing swimming pools. If you're a fitness enthusiast, there are two gyms, complete with free weights and state-of-the-art equipment. For the grillmasters, nothing beats a burger or freshly caught fish cooked to perfection at one of the Viking grill stations on the grounds; you can even dine alfresco on hand-crafted teakwood table settings. This is beach living at its best!

THINGS TO KNOW

The shared, outdoor pool is available from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. Pool hours are 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. (Pool openings and closings are weather permitting and dates can be changed at the discretion of the HOA.)
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2023.
