Description

Sandpiper Sunrise is an oceanfront penthouse with three oceanfront balconies, three bedrooms, and three and a half baths. The luxurious touches in Sandpiper Sunrise provide the ultimate oceanfront living, and the attention to detail is sure to make very special vacation memories for the whole family.

The living area is light and spacious with plenty of seating for everyone. A sectional couch, loveseat, and leather recliner offer a great area for a family get-together or simply some relaxation after a fun day at the beach. Sit back and watch your favorite Blu-ray or DVD movie on the 65” flatscreen TV or sneak out to the private oceanfront balcony with an evening cocktail and listen to the sounds of the ocean while watching the pelicans fly by at eye level. We are one of the only Penthouse Suites at the Sanctuary offering these amazing touches and breathtaking views!

Let’s talk kitchen, wow! Included are all custom-made cabinets and granite countertops with a personalized mirror backsplash and all the best basic appliances you need will make even the most discriminating chef feel at home to make wonderful gourmet meals. The large dining area is equipped with seating for eight around the large elegant wood table with an additional three comfortable bar height counter stools if you’re just catching a quick bite.

The main suite offers a beautiful king-size four-poster bed, custom made night tables, a customized gorgeous walk-in closet, a DVD player with a large flatscreen HD TV and cable channels, private balcony access, a separate powder room, a custom jacuzzi tub, and a large glass-enclosed sit-down or stand up shower. The views from this suite are spectacular and the accommodations are second to none!

The second main suite provides an additional king-size bed with plush bedding, a private oceanfront balcony, a private bathroom with a full-size tub and shower, a large walk-in closet, closet cabinetry, and a DVD player with flatscreen TV.

In the third bedroom, there is enough space and storage provided for additional families. There is a full-size bed with an additional full-size bunk bed set to comfortably sleep 3 or more. There is also another full-size bed to comfortably sleep three or more. Included is another flatscreen TV and DVD player with cable channels included for all your favorite movies and/or cartoons for late-night viewing. Lastly, there is enough storage and closet space for all the kid's extra stuff.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open from mid-May to mid-September) and two fitness centers.

Things to know
No smoking and no dogs.
Please note that there is extensive construction occurring in buildings A & B including elevator and roof replacement, exterior painting, and breezeway remediation. During this time, you may hear loud construction noise during your stay. All installations and upgrades should be concluded by June. While Sanctuary’s pools and the fitness center are scheduled to be open from Memorial Day Weekend through October 2nd, the condo association has the right to close the pools at any time due to weather or repairs. The Sanctuary hot tubs should open in the fall. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
