From the moment you step inside this luxury condo, with nearly 2,000 square feet of living space, you'll be captivated by its elegant wooden floors, coastal-inspired furnishings, and the breathtaking scenery visible through the expansive windows and sliding glass doors.

The living room is open, airy, and spacious—perfect for the entire family to gather and unwind. Step out onto the large private wraparound balcony, where you can listen to the soothing sound of the surf and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, and everything the family chef could need. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or preparing a full family meal, you’ll find everything you need for effortless cooking. The main suite offers a king-sized bed, a large TV, and a private bathroom for added comfort and convenience.

Guests also have access to a range of condo amenities at no additional cost, including three swimming pools and two fitness centers.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Do not move furniture between rooms.
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Beautiful and spacious condo with great ocean and sanctuary views on the south end of Sandbridge. Great amenities and so many activities right outside your door. Love it…will go back year after year!

What a spacious and well cared for condo! Amazing beachfront view AND at southern most end of Sandbridge giving you views of the nature preserve and fishing pier as well. The amenities are great and the beach not over crowded. I love what Sandbridge has to offer and the stay at this condo made all of it easily accessible and enjoyable! I’ll be back every year!

This was our 4th time staying at Sanctuary at False Cape, and this was by far the best. The realty company was a peach to work with, and the condo we stayed in was entirely perfect.
