The well-equipped kitchen features everything you need, including picnicware, BBQ essentials, and a variety of glasses. Enjoy top-of-the-line GE stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, a drip coffee maker, a Cuisinart blender, and stunning granite countertops.

Gather around the large dining table, which comfortably seats the whole family for enjoyable meals. The living area features a large couch and a cozy lounging chair that leaves plenty of space for everyone. You’ll also have a 50-inch TV with cable and a DVD player for entertainment.

For those wanting to stay connected or share their beach adventures online, a computer area with a remote wireless router provides convenient free WiFi for all guests.
In the main suite, relax in the king-sized, four-poster bed, complete with sliding plantation shutters that open to the balcony. The suite also includes a 26-inch TV for your enjoyment. The second bedroom features a queen bed, a twin/twin bunk set, ample closet space, wood blinds, and a cable TV with a DVD/VCR combo.

Stay cool with ceiling fans throughout the condo, and enjoy the spectacular pool and courtyard area, which includes professional-grade outdoor Viking grills and teak tables for relaxing poolside. The courtyard is beautifully lit at night, creating a pleasant ambiance from your balcony.

Our garage-level storage closet has plenty of space for all your favorite beach essentials.

Guests also have access to the condo amenities (with no additional resort fee), including three swimming pools and two fitness centers.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Overall

Our stay was great! The location is perfect - right on the beach and next to a huge park. The condo is spacious and clean with comfortable furniture, great views and a fully stocked kitchen. This place is not like other bare bones vacation rentals. There were even many games, books and movies to occupy time on a rainy day. I will definitely be back in the summer to take advantage of the beautiful courtyards and pools.
