This spacious sits in a perfect location to experience everything Virginia Beach has to offer, yet you may find it hard to leave home base with a living area offering great ocean views, plenty of seating, and a 50-inch HD smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime (please use your own accounts). When you want to get your fill of fresh air, step out to the deck with the beautiful outdoor furniture and enjoy an evening cocktail with the soothing sounds of the surf crashing onto the shore just below. In the morning - look closely - there may very well be a pod of dolphins swimming by! Unexpected overnight guests show up? No problem! At Vitamin Sea there’s a daybed with a trundle in the main living room area.

The kitchen is open, airy, and unique at The Sanctuary and boasts sleek countertops, Samsung black stainless kitchen appliances, and a counter with seating that will provide plenty of room for the chef to prepare memorable meals while reminiscing with friends and family. Two coffee makers are available for your convenience and preference. One standard automatic drip and the other is a Keurig. The choice is yours.

The main suite is inviting with a king-size bed, 42-inch HD TV, private bathroom, and ample closet space. In addition, the private balcony is the perfect spot to get away with a good book or your morning coffee. In the second main suite, there is a queen-size bed, HD TV and DVD player combo, own private bath, and ample closet space. There is also a full-size washer/dryer for all your wet beach items.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September) and two fitness centers.

THINGS TO KNOW
  • There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings. Construction is expected to be complete in mid-April.
  • The hot tub will be unavailable in winter 2023 due to construction.

    • The hot tub is closed during the summer months.

  • Pool hours are 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
  • This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
