You'll have high ceilings in the bedrooms and throughout the living area, with wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiling windows and canopy style beams on the roof overhang - just a few special finishing touches you cannot find anywhere else. No need to convert the living room into a bedroom, as there are enough beds for the whole crew. There are four HDTVs, a 42-inch TV, and a DVD player in the living room. There are also three 26-inch TVs with built-in DVD players in all of the other bedrooms which are also all compatible with your video game console, so don't forget to bring your PS4 or Xbox for the kids. THINGS TO KNOW

The shared, outdoor pool is available from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. Pool hours are 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. (Pool openings and closings are weather permitting and dates can be changed at the discretion of the HOA.)
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
The hot tub is closed during the summer months and will also not be available in winter 2023 due to construction.
There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2023.
