Lovely and spacious, Ocean's Point is newly furnished and freshly painted, offering beautiful ocean views to the south from the fourth floor.

The open floor plan includes a light-filled great room with plenty of seating and a big-screen TV with surround sound. It opens to a kitchen with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances. The large dining table, along with the kitchen bar and the furnished coffee bar, seats everyone comfortably. There are three bedrooms on the first floor as well, including a primary suite with a flatscreen TV and its own bathroom with a jetted tub. The two other bedrooms (including one with a private balcony) share a full hallway bathroom.

The loft on the upper level is the perfect combination of an entertainment space (with a four-in-one mini game table and a big-screen TV), an extra sleeping area, and a work station. So, this bonus loft can be used as an area for your teens and tweens to get away from the adults or shared by two families.

On the grounds of the complex, you'll have access to a large courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a community kitchen, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators.

We arrived on a dreary, drizzly afternoon. But as we walked into the condo, it was so light and beautiful my first thought was "I want to live here!". As we settled in, that feeling never left. The view of the ocean from the deck (which is covered so we could sit out during the rain) and the living area is fabulous. And since it is the top floor, the views in every direction are wonderful. The furniture throughout is comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked with needed appliances, cookware and utensils. With all of the room, it's an easy place to fill with people yet not feel crowded. And access to the beach and the pool are very convenient. The only problem with our stay was that we had to leave. We give it '5 star' rating!
