Inside, the open floor plan features a custom kitchen with granite countertops and all the accessories needed for an effortless stay, including a Keurig coffee maker. Ceiling fans in every room enhance comfort, while the living room offers a 60-inch plasma TV, and all bedrooms are equipped with their own TVs. Enjoy your favorite movies with the VCR/DVD player, or challenge friends to a game at the foosball table for at-home entertainment. Free WiFi and a full-size washer/dryer are also provided.

This gated complex is situated in the heart of Sandbridge, offering convenient walking access to the beach, a local market stocked with anything you might need, as well as restaurants and seaside shops. On the grounds, you'll find a large courtyard featuring an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a fitness room equipped with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators for easy access.

The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage. This includes Lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-Ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

First time in a Dunes condo and we would definitely recommend. Clean unit and very well supplied. The beach cart in the storage unit was a life saver! Beach was an easy trip and while it was a busy August week we never felt crowded. Took one point off for the view off the balcony (street and parking lot, ocean to the side too), but we still spent a lot of time out there.

The 2nd floor location had plenty of room to spread out with our adult children but also some great common areas to hang out together. The kitchen had everything that was needed. Although it's a side condominium, you can see and hear the ocean from the balcony. At certain times of the day the traffic at the intersection directly below is a little loud but nothing that would keep us from renting again.

Great place for small, medium and large kids!

Of course with the Virus the pool was closed, but the condo was excellent.
