Just like a seahorse, this home is unique and breathtaking with beautifully detailed artwork and painted furnishings depicting birds, sea creatures, and dreamy floral landscapes. Nautical accessories remind you of the mystery of the sea, with a well-planned floor plan ensuring your complete comfort.

A two-story 'you can almost touch the ocean' gazebo, an in-ground pool with top-of-the-line patio and deck furniture, and a 10 seat theater room are just a few of the remarkable treasures found at A Seahorse Wish. With bedrooms located on each level, this house is a great fit for families, couples, and friends to share.

The first floor has three bedrooms beautifully tiled with gorgeous accent rugs throughout. Two bedrooms are king main suites (one with ocean-facing deck access) and the third ADA-compliant queen main suite also offers deck access. The central billiards room with a comfortable sitting area opens with a slider to the pool area and has a flatscreen TV to enjoy. Convenient wet bar and laundry room with half bath services the first floor and pool area. Bring your favorite movies and popcorn for a family movie night, while seated in the 10-seat theater room. If exercise is the one thing you can't leave behind while on vacation, work out on your schedule in the exercise room, equipped with an elliptical machine and treadmill, and flatscreen TV for keeping up with daily news.

The second floor features sparkling hardwood floors, which are the perfect background for the gorgeous view and furnishings that adorn this spacious middle level. The open dining/living areas greet you with comfortable fine furnishings and plenty of space to relax. The sitting area allows for conversation and warming up with the electric fireplace. A wet bar so graciously tends to your beverage selections, with a convenient half bath close by. The central area of the middle level boasts a circular table, perfect for a small gathering of friends or perhaps a children's eating area. Ample dining tables are situated horizontally to the ocean, optimizing both the living space and the incredible ocean view. The gorgeous 'chef's dream kitchen' gives you two of almost everything: two dishwashers, two ranges, two refrigerators, and countertop seating for five along with an oversized pantry for food storage. Top-of-the-line cabinets, appliances, and granite countertops are complemented by a well-equipped kitchen, with plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware to service the entire house. Sliding door access puts you directly on the east-facing deck and also offers additional dining tables located under the 'gazebo', a fantastic happy hour location, or for reading the morning paper. If sunbathing is your favorite pastime, you will love the wrap-around deck to the south, which provides a sunny location away from the ocean breeze. There is one King Master Suite on the second floor, with a full master bath and deck access.

The third floor is home to five bedrooms, with a central library and card room with a small table and desk. There are two king main suites both with deck access and beautifully decorated with nautical furnishings and accents. Two child-friendly bunk rooms, both with private bath and two double/double bunks in each, appropriately furnished with kids in mind. The fifth suite offers two queen beds and a full private bath, also with access to the deck and the incredible views of the ocean. The second of two laundry rooms is located on this upper level.

Lovely beachfront property with great floor plan and living space. We especially enjoyed the theater and hot tub during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances and cookware you’ll need including an amazing blender and electric hot water kettle. The beach view from any level is magnificent. The pool deck is surrounded by a fence with clear panels for an unobstructed view of the beach. The kitchen is on the second level above recreational space on the lower level, minimizing noise issues when people are in the kitchen. Because of a split level entrance the kitchen is an easy climb up a few stairs from the front door, a real plus when bringing in groceries. The house also has great living space with lots of sitting areas and tables. We especially enjoyed the large round table for meals which comfortably seated 9 and the longer table was perfect when our group number outgrew the round table. We were there fir 2 great weeks.

I might add that this year the property was the cleanest! We have been in this house 4 yrs in a row 2 of those years the house was not properly cleaned. I think the beds are getting a little soft and Grab bars should be added to all bathrooms. Hand rail outside to beach entry is in need of repair! All in all the home offers our family a beautiful place to spend a week under one roof with 4 generations 92yrs to 4yrs. from 5 different states! see you in 2021

2nd tine booking by through Sandbridge and it was amazing. Have booked a previous time through Siebert and Sanbridge seems to be easier for check in and the house seems to much cleaner!!! We needed to get a hot tub cleaned and someone came right away, even in the storms, to work on it. Loved the accommodations and had a fabulous time. Super impressed with house average handled COVID-19 reservations and loved how the house seemed very sanitized. The house looked just like the pictures. Couldn’t have been happier.
