It will certainly be a sight-to-behold upon completion.

Walking through the house, you’ll notice the inviting warm tones of the custom Sapele wood front door carried throughout the house. A place to call your own whether it is to enjoy the pool, lounge on the beach, practice yoga, read that vacation book, or break out the popcorn in the theatre room. This is a place to gather with your family and friends. Three living areas and an outdoor pool entertainment area with two grills, a fire pit, and a 'LOVE' sign for those social-media-worthy pictures.

Silver Sands boasts views of the beach from the great room and 6 oceanfront bedrooms. Relax on the beach, rent kayaks or paddleboards, and enjoy hours of water fun. At sunset, enjoy the west side of the house as it becomes alive with the beautiful colors of the setting sun. Spend an evening in the 3rd-floor map room as you gather around the telescope for stargazing through the glass ceiling.
