Remember when the best of times were spent at sleepovers with your friends? Just because you're older does not mean you can't bring your family and friends to a sleepover in this casual and comfortable beach house with a large sparkling pool and only a block away from the ocean! The unique design of this beachy rental offers five bedrooms on three levels, with a central great room with comfy couches and large TV. The east-facing deck leads down to a large backyard with a fenced-in pool area and convenient back gate with direct access to the beach path getting you on the beach quickly and easily. Updated in 2024, this home features luxury vinyl plank flooring, new carpeting upstairs, new outdoor pool furniture, and new closet doors.

The first floor of the sleepover offers one bedroom with a double bed, a full bath, and a laundry facility with a new washer/dryer. The middle floor has four bedrooms, two on each side of the great room with baths in between each. The 'loft' on the third floor offers two twin beds, one with a twin trundle, and a small den on the other side with a sofa for kids to hang out in! all of the bedrooms offer TVs and cable. The sleepover is a great house for families to share, or a smaller family to just relax and unwind. Create new memories for your family at the sleepover! The sleepover is dog-friendly, so bring your four-legged friend along on your next vacation! Amenities include TVs included in all bedrooms, a sparkling pool, and easy beach access.

  • Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
  • All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.
  • This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

SUCH A CUTE HOUSE!! TONS of rooms! Great location! All the beach gear you could need already here (toys, chairs, etc). The ONLY CON is no Hot Tub we went when it was still pretty chilly. Pool has a deep end (8 foot) which our kids LOVED!!! Couldnt find horse shoes though. Tons of rooms multiple bathrooms and great neighbors.

Love the loft area! Super cute home! Great for families. The pool is 8 feet deep on one end & the older kids LOVED that. Most rental homes we’ve been to it’s only 5 max so that was great. No hot tub but everything else was great! Very short walk to beach.
