Summer vacation conjures up memories of sandy feet, suntan lotion, sun-kissed skin, and Sandbridge sunsets. At Summer Baycation, a bayside luxury vacation home, you can make these memories and more. With the sparkling pool and sweeping views of the bay, your stay is sure to be special. The unique location of Summer Baycation puts you at the end of a private cul-de-sac, with the bay wrapping around the entire back of the property. Rent or bring your own kayak or canoe, and spend hours investigating the many inlets and canals that surround the community. The wildlife display is always entertaining, so make sure you bring your binoculars and cameras. The large dock provides a great place for crabbing and fishing, too. Many hours can be spent sitting on the dock just watching the boats go by and enjoying the natural environment.

Two levels of living space make a great floorplan for families to share or to spread out. Five bedrooms and three full baths on the first floor include two king bedrooms that share a shared full bath with a double vanity, a queen bedroom that shares a full guest bath, and two bunk rooms. One bunk room with two twin-over-double bunks sleeps six, and the other with one double bunk, sleeps four, share a shared full bath. The family room offers comfortable seating and a wet bar for your convenience, along with a flatscreen TV. The game room allows for inside fun, with a dual pool table/Ping-Pong table combo.

The second floor has amazing views off the west-facing deck, the perfect location for the spectacular evening sunset display. The open great room has an electric fireplace and flatscreen TV and flows nicely into the dining and kitchen area with a countertop bar area and large dining tables. The gourmet-style kitchen has two refrigerators, a large gas range, two ovens, and two dishwashers, so food storage, meal planning, prep, and cleanup will be a breeze. The two bedrooms include a king bedroom with a private bath, a jetted tub, and a double vanity, and a bedroom that has two double beds in it also with a private bath. There is a half bath for easy access from the kitchen and dining/living room areas. There is also a screened porch off the back on this floor. Ample lounging furniture and both sun and shady locations will keep you on the decks for hours. The deck also offers additional dining space and a great location for a crab feast or cookout. The pool is nicely surrounded by a spacious deck and beautiful landscaping. Relax in the hot tub under the pergola, located on the west side of the house offering privacy and amazing water views. A full outdoor bathroom is available during pool season and is super-convenient for pool and hot tub users. Five full baths and a half-bath are located inside Summer Baycation. A sixth full bath is available during pool season only and is winterized during the off-season. Amenities include a Sonos sound system, flatscreen TVs throughout, free WiFi, a pool, a hot tub, a game room with a pool table and a Ping-Pong table, an electric fireplace, and a gas grill.

Summer Baycation never disappoints. This was our third time staying at this property and it gets better every time. The whole family enjoys everything about this house. We love the open space of the second floor where there's enough room for everyone to eat together and play games at the huge dining room table. The pool area and bay views are enough to forget that the beach is only a short walk away. All of the beds and bedding are comfortable. More than enough towels are provided. The house has always been very clean when we've been there. The older family love that the garage is sound proof. We had the younger ones playing pool and loud music in there, but we couldn't hear a thing in any other parts of the house. We used everything at the house - the hot tub, the kayaks, the grill, the decks, the pool and pool house, the outside shower... And the convenient bathroom in back of the house which was really convenient when we were in the pool. I can't say enough about it and highly recommend this property. We'll be back to Tuna Lane next year. It's getting to be our home away from home.

Just incredible stay even with a few days of rain...have to agree with others since this was our first stay on the bay side but this home has captured every possible desire anyone could have..we plan to return next year.

Summer Baycation was even more beautiful then the pictures. Our family absolutely loved staying there. Being on the bay and having the kayaks along with the beach just a short walk away was great. The pool Was a bonus because a couple of days the sand was too hot to walk on. The person who designed this house thought of everything a family could want in a house. The cleanliness of the house was also amazing. We have stayed in many places for vacation over the years and I am a person of extreme cleanliness and this house exceeded all expectations. Thank you Sandbridge Realty!

Our family returned to Summer Baycation this year, and it was just as great the second trip! The house is wonderful, and the layout is conducive to relaxing, even with 10 kids running around. The deck is a great place to sip coffee in the morning while you overlook the bay, and a great place in the evening to enjoy the beautiful Sandbridge sunsets. The kayaks are a great way to explore the bay and we were pleased to see that ladders were added to the dock for easier access. There was some apprehension returning to Summer Baycation, as we were afraid that it wouldnt live up to the lofty expectations created by our prior stay, but the house and the Sandbridge Beach area continue to impress and remain a favorite spot for our family!
