The first floor of Windswept offers a nicely decorated living area w/ flat screen TV, game room w/ pool table & full sized fridge, laundry facilities & 2 Queen bedrooms, each having access to a shared hall bath. A convenient covered entrance way allows for easy loading & unloading.

The second floor boasts a second living area, nicely furnished w/ comfortable couches & a Flat Screen TV, as well as a sitting area off to the side, making this a great getaway spot for reading or just taking a break from the beach fun! Four bedrooms are arranged on the second floor, each decorated w/ beachy artwork & eye-catching colors; two bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen), share a Jack-n-Jill bath, one bedroom offers 2 Queen beds (perfect for older teenagers or grandparents) w/ a private bath, & a child-friendly Bunkroom w/ two bunk sets T/D (sleeps 6), that has access to the near-by hall bath, also servicing the second floor.

The third floor is home to the spacious & open kitchen, living area, dining area & enclosed, screened-in porch. Great location - short walk to beach, which only has people from the nearby properties due to no public parking nearby, way better than the crowding where the public car parking was.
Great pool area, comfortably accommodated 8 adults and 10 children every day, and loved having the cabana and fridge there for refreshments.
Fabulous decks all around, to see sunrise over ocean and sunset out back, and great solid quality deck/patio/pool furniture that everyone commented on. Kitchen/family/dining area comfortable, good sleeping accommodations and bathrooms.
Only downside was that the 1st floor bedrooms struggled to get cool enough from the AC for true comfort.

This was our familys 2nd year to stay at Windswept. The house is very spacious and has a lot of amenities. The pool area is great with the cabana. The house is well maintained. Enjoyed the house and made lots of memories.

My family and I had an amazing time at this beach house!! It was beautifully decorated, immaculate and had every amenity you could think of. The pool and tiki bar was a great place to gather after a sun-filled day at the beach which was only a few steps away. The beach was clean and lovely, and we actually saw dolphins everyday in the distance! The two gas grills and three refrigerators were a huge bonus for our family since we bring\buy most of our food while vacationing. There was plenty of room for everyone and the beds and furniture were extremely comfortable! I would highly recommended Windswept. We had a great vacation and a lot of fun here.......We will definitely be back!!!

This is the 16th year our extended family went on vacation together and this was this nicest house we've stayed at yet! Everything was immaculate! Kitchen had everything you need, gathering areas had plenty of room for all & the pool area was beautiful. A short walk to the beach, where the sand and water were perfect! We'd definitely go back!

So worth the trip from Albany N Y ! House is pristine. My whole extended family stayed the week plenty of room for dining together kitchen had everything you need . The walk to the beach was just a min away and the water is gorgeous! The out side shower was helpful too! You can take a quick rinse and swim in the outdoor pool or hot tub! Something for everyone! I would definitely go back

Windswept is a beautiful house, very accommodating for our large family. Decorated very nicely, soothing colors! The large kitchen, ample bedrooms, bathrooms, pool, tiki bar and grounds are well maintained! Very close to the beach and convenient to shopping!! Would definitely go back! Our family stayed here and this was the nicest place we have stayed at in the past 5 years. Super clean very nicely decorated ,the pool and tiki bar were amazing. Just a short walk to the beach cant say enough how awesome this house was .
