A mini arcade is located in the game room, offering ping pong for after- the-beach fun! Beautifully furnished family room includes a 32 inch; TV and a pool table for a game or two of billiards! Granite kitchen counter tops and nice appliances for gourmet dining. Tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with their own TV! Great beach access with public path in front of the property. CAC, CCTVs, DVDs, internet, gas grill, outdoor pool, game room with ping pong, pool table, and foosball. NO Smoking. Fireplace does not work and is not for guest use. Pets allowed!

Sorry that this review was not posted sooner. We LOVED this property with all of its amenities. Gorgeous kitchen with all of the amenities. Wonderful pool and the game room was stellar. Walking to the beach was pretty easy, and we just loved our vaca here. Good outdoor shower, great laundry on the first floor. Wonderful bedroom spaces....This place was a dream come true for a family reunion.

Our family had a great time staying at this property. Plenty of room for everyone and the pool was the best part. The location was also within walking distance to the beach. I would recommend 4 Play to anyone looking for a relaxing family vacation.
This home far exceeded our expectations. The room layouts were perfect for our group. The beach was also much closer than we thought. It was literally right across the street. The kitchen was perfect with the center island. The owners really used every square in the home because it was very roomy and comfortable.
