We stayed here as a family for Thanksgiving and had a fantastic time. The home has some obvious signs of wear and tear and needs some updating but nothing that affects your enjoyment of the property. The proximity to the ocean is all that matters to us!

First time in Sandbridge Va - usually rent in Bethany Beach or Virginia Beach - The Rental Agency was very good, courteous, professional - The area was excellent, beach clean and family oriented - neighbors were fine - the house was fitting for our family size and very comfortable - good location - pool was great for a beach break and the kids loved it - the house could use some updates, deck furniture, kitchen appliances, flooring, roof shingles missing, aluminum trim missing - that said we had a great time - good get away - the Rental Agency responded to the the couple calls we had very quickly and resolved the issues - would come again to Sandbridge - not sure about the same house -
