The yard feels like a secluded sanctuary filled with trees and a private walkway leading to the boat dock. The dock is available for kayaking, swimming, fishing, and crabbing. The spacious great room has a cathedral ceiling and there is an open kitchen with bar-style seating and a dining table for your favorite meals. There is a private second-floor screened porch for additional seating, afternoon siestas, and outdoor meals. With bedrooms and baths on each side of the great room, this home works well for up to three vacationing groups and families. A beautiful second-floor hot tub/spa is enclosed for privacy and protection from breezes. Amenities include TVs, free WiFi, a private hot tub, and a screened porch.

My family has been coming to Sandbridge about 20 years but this is the first time we rented on the bay side! It was wonderful. Solar Pleasure bedrooms were laid out perfectly for our two families plus grandma. And the crow’s best was fantastic for trying to view stars and the sky. The pool and hot tub were great and it was a plus that the property was pet friendly. It provided for a perfect family vacation. The street is busy and cars do not slow down so that is my only caution for families with small children. I left something at the property of some value and was delighted when housekeeping informed me they had the items and will be instructing me on how to get them returned to me. The honesty of the staff is confirmation of what wonderful people are part of the realty firm.
