The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Do not move furniture between rooms.
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

We were thrilled with B238Getta Tan! The owners have furnished it perfectly for a family to enjoy! The condo was spacious and we loved the wrap-around deck for sunrise views and sunset bay views. The Sanctuary employees were kind and helpful. Check-in was smooth and check-out was easy! Sanctuary has thought of everything to make a stay perfect.

We had a wonderful time here. The views and location were spectacular, the apartment was super clean, and amenities were great (library, gym, etc). Very well-maintained. We hope to return soon!

This place has it all: oceanfront views AND bay views. It’s clean, has great amenities, a great deck. My partner and I loved this place and hope to return in the future.

My husband and I loved our stay. Very clean, spacious, and with spectacular views. The amenities of the condos were also wonderful; super gym, library. We stayed off-season, so we can't comment on the pools and such, but the rest was great. Quiet, right on the beach, and great staff who work hard. As full-time writers looking for some peace, it was perfect, and we hope to return again soon.
