The homeowners have taken this great family beach house to a new level with a serious renovation in 2019, to ensure Rogue Wave is a perfect choice for your next vacation!

This home features a large sparkling pool and hot tub, along with a fence for both security and privacy, as well as allowing your four-legged friend a place to run around in. The dock is perfect for launching a kayak (bring your own or rent locally) or for fishing and crabbing.

The 2019 interior renovations were quite extensive, with all-new bathrooms including new fixtures, new tile and paint, new tubs, vanities and showers, new carpet and paint, and a completely new kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are new furnishings in the main bedroom, sunroom, and dining room, and new TVs as well. Amenities include free WiFi, a sunroom, a gas grill, a dock, Ping-Pong, and ceiling fans.

  • Check-in time: 4:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 10:00 AM
  • All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • The fireplace is not for guest use.
  • The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.

This is our second year in a row at Rogue Wave. Great location, perfect size, and the sunroom saved the day once again. Having a hot tub was also a plus. My favorite feature is the saltwater treated pool. So nice to take a break from strong Chlorine smell. Sandbridge has been our annual vacation destination for almost 10 years. We may have found our permanent rental house. You will love it.

Everything was great! We had an awesome time. Backyard amenities and kayaks were a huge plus. Poolside chairs were awesome. We did not even both to go to the beach, the backyard was so nice! Sunroom with huge TV was really nice as well. We had a great time!
